Yes! EMAPLY works with any email provider that supports IMAP. For Gmail, you simply generate an App Password. For Outlook, it uses modern OAuth or App Passwords depending on your organization settings.

We take privacy incredibly seriously. EMAPLY only processes the headers (Subject, Sender, Date) by default unless you explicitly create a rule that requires reading the body. We do not store your emails on our servers.

All rules have a "Dry Run" mode. You can test your rules against your last 100 emails to see exactly what actions would be taken before you turn the rule on permanently.

Absolutely. There are no contracts or long-term commitments. You can cancel your subscription from your billing dashboard with two clicks, and you'll retain Pro features until the end of your billing cycle.
